How ready are you or others in your organization to perform in executive-level roles? This program helps current and prospective executive team members to accelerate their impact on the organization by better understanding their role, planning for cross-functional partnerships, and identifying development opportunities.

This program will challenge you to think more systemically, partner more cross-functionally, and ask more thoughtful questions. You’ll also further develop skills and behaviors needed to be successful in a high-level leadership role.

Senior leaders play pivotal roles in an organization's ability to increase productivity and fulfill strategic goals. They are typically leaders who both oversee functional responsibilities and hold the keys to working across functions to optimize organizational performance.

This program will challenge these leaders to think outside of their areas of expertise, to partner differently across functions, to take more ownership of the organization’s talent pipeline, and to take charge of their leadership development.

“TEM hit on all the areas I was looking for. It was a good extension of what I previously learned without being a rehash of the subject matter.”
